If there's one thing a Bristol student knows for sure, it's to keep our calendars free during May bank holiday weekend. And it comes with no regret, as next year's Love Saves the Day lineup is stacked once again with names you'd be silly to miss.

Although day splits won't be released until next year, you're guaranteed a good time whenever you choose to attend (if you're seriously considering not going to both days). Next year promises the likes of Groove Armada, Eats Everything and Girls Don't Sync, who all recently impressed Bristol's electronic lovers with their day rave at The Prospect Building.

If drum and bass is more your thing, get ready for none other than Shy FX, Benny L, and Bristol-based pioneer of the DnB scene Dazee, who impressed with her B2B set with Ray Keith at last year's festival.

Standing out on the lineup is Armand Van Helden, whose headline set is guaranteed to provide the perfect mix of crowd-pleasers such as 'I Want Your Soul' and 'My My My', and high-energy nostalgia, to remind us why he will always deserve this top spot.
Also headlining is genre-blending, experimental DJ Four Tet, who perfectly curates his underground, personal sounds to sound even better on large-scale festival stages.

It's great to see so many incredible - both established and emerging - female names on the lineup, notably including boundary-pushing singer-songwriter Eva Lazarus and up-and-coming drum and bass star Harriet Jaxxon.
If next year is anything like last summer, we're in for a real treat. Love Saves returns year after year, with a phenomenal celebration of music that is unique to our city. Get ready to be transported into another world, where 'there is more that unites us than divides us'.
With tickets undoubtedly expected to fly out this Friday, get your laptops ready (lecture or no lecture) and secure your spot for this unmissable weekend via their official website. It wouldn't be a Bristol summer without Love Saves the Day.
