Grammy-award winning multi-instrumentalist Jacob Collier will be bringing his UK tour to Bristol's Trinity Centre on Tuesday.
Jacob Collier, who’ll be playing Bristol’s Trinity Centre this Tuesday, February 19, rose to fame at the age of 17 after posting self-filmed jazz arrangements of popular songs on YouTube. After reaching millions of views, he was spotted by Quincy Jones and was signed to his record label Qwest in 2014.
Since then, Collier has won two Grammys for his debut album, In My Room, and released the first part of his latest four volume, 40 track project, Djesse. The latest release features the likes of Metropole Orkest, Laura Mvula, Voces8 and more, bringing together all corners of Jacob's personal musical style.
Having gained acclaim for his virtuosity on practically any instrument you can think of, his exploits into uncharted harmonic territory and high-energy live performances, the Bristol date of Jacob Collier’s tour at the Trinity Centre this Tuesday, Feburary 19 is one to be excited about.
