Commuters and local residents are invited to try out a new Bristol bus service for free, as the University of Bristol offers a free trial on the Unibus U2 service, from Monday 18 February to Friday 22 February. https://t.co/llCwFehRAw pic.twitter.com/p3KBCx74T7
Whilst this service is used mainly by staff and students of the University of Bristol, by giving free rides it is hoped that the public will realise that they too can make use of the U2. Its stops near Bristol airport and Redhill could prove a valuable resource for many more people.
Amy Heritage, the University’s sustainability manager for transport praises this service as ‘reliable and convenient’ and hopes that the free trial will prove the worth of the U2 for locals.
