Preview: Heroes and Monsters with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra
Colston Hall's resident orchestra will return to the venue to play exclusively music from film and videogames on March 2nd.
Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra will be coming to Bristol’s Colston Hall on March 2nd. Serving the South and South-west of England, but with a national and international reputation, the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra has been a cultural beacon since its foundation in 1893.
Internationally renowned, the Orchestra has worked with an esteemed array of Principal Conductors including Sir Dan Godfrey, Rudolf Schwarz, Constantin Silvestri, Paavo Berglund, Andrew Litton and Marin Alsop with Kirill Karabits. It is resident at The Lighthouse, Poole, with other major concert series given at Portsmouth Guildhall, the Great Hall of Exeter University and Colston Hall. Shorter series have also been given in Bournemouth and Basingstoke.
