Bristol has woken up to a blanket of snow, with flakes continuing to fall. The University has stated both the Clifton and Langford Campuses will remain open.
In an email to all students, the University said: 'As forecast, snow has fallen across the Bristol area overnight. All roads around the Clifton and Langford campuses have been gritted and are accessible.
Well we’re snowed in. pic.twitter.com/qV4AYjTOt9— GaryFoster (@Prof_GD_Foster) January 31, 2019
'Our Estates teams are working hard to clear and grit footpaths, car parks and building entrances. As such, the University will remain open today but please take extra care when walking around as some pavements and road surfaces could be slippery'.
So much for a snow day.
